Collaboration Terms

CONTACT

• The best way to reach me is via email or Telegram messenger.
  I check messages regularly throughout the day, but notifications are turned off.
• You are welcome to book a free introductory online meeting via Google Meet.
  We can also use Google Meet during the project to discuss more detailed or complex topics.
• Upon completing your project, I’ll provide you with clear instructions on using your website or conduct personalised online training tailored specifically to your skills.

WORKING HOURS

• I work Monday to Friday (weekends off), usually between 11:00 and 18:00.
• Occasionally, I may be unavailable—but I’ll always let you know in advance.

PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

• Before starting the project, you’ll receive a clear, fixed-price quotation.
• Additional tasks are quoted separately, either at an hourly rate or as a fixed-fee mini-project.
• I issue an invoice with a 40% deposit, payable before work begins.
• Full upfront payment is always welcome—in return, I’ll include an extra service at no additional cost.
• Payment terms: 7 days.
• For long-term collaborations, rates are updated annually, and loyalty discounts are available.
• If you refer me to someone else, I’ll provide an extra service as a thank you.

MATERIALS AND PROJECT ORGANISATION

• Project stages and tasks are clearly documented in a shared Google Document, updated regularly. We’ll collaborate actively using this document. For larger projects, we’ll switch to Asana.
• All revisions and amendments are organised neatly in the same shared document, ensuring clarity and avoiding confusion.
• Please supply all project materials (briefs, inspirations, texts, images, graphics, etc.) at the beginning of our collaboration.
• We’ll exchange all materials via dedicated folders on Google Drive.
• After project completion and payment, you’ll receive access to all materials, including editable files, upon request.
• We’ll sign a contract before the project begins.
